Terms of Use

The rules of the game, in plain language. By using leakparty., you accept them.

Purpose

leakparty. is an adult video streaming site. These terms govern access to the site, the creation of an account and the use of its features (playback, likes, following creators, discussion under videos).

Adults-only access

The site contains sexually explicit images and videos. It is strictly reserved for adults: 18 years old, or the age of majority if it is higher in your country. By entering, you confirm that you are of that age, that you agree to view this type of content, and that viewing it is legal where you are.

The site carries the RTA (“Restricted To Adults”) label: parental control software blocks it. Parents, we encourage you to use such software.

Your account

  • An account is required to like, comment and follow creators. It can be created with an email address or with Discord.
  • You are responsible for your password and for everything done with your account. One account per person.
  • Your username must not impersonate anyone or be offensive.
  • We may suspend or delete any account that breaches these terms.

Content

Videos are published by the leakparty. team. We only publish content for which every person appearing in it was an adult at the time of filming and consented to its distribution, and whose publication has been authorized by the rights holders.

Zero tolerance: any content involving a minor, distributed without the consent of a person appearing in it, or depicting real violence is removed immediately and reported to the competent authorities (in France, the PHAROS platform).

Reporting and takedown

Do you appear in a video without having agreed to it, do you hold rights to a piece of content, or have you spotted illegal content? Contact us and include:

  • the link to the video or page concerned;
  • the reason for your request (lack of consent, copyright, illegal content…);
  • a way to get back to you and, for a rights-related request, proof that you are the rights holder.

Requests are handled as a priority. The content is removed as soon as the request is found to be justified, and the account or source responsible may be blocked.

Comments and conduct

The discussion under videos should remain a pleasant place. The following are prohibited:

  • harassment, threats, hateful or discriminatory remarks;
  • posting personal information about someone (real name, address, social media…);
  • advertising, spam, and links to fraudulent sites or illegal content.

The team may delete any message that does not follow these rules.

Intellectual property

The leakparty. name, logo, mascot, illustrations and site design belong to us. Videos remain the property of their rights holders. Downloading them to republish them elsewhere is prohibited.

Liability

We do our best to keep the site available and working properly, but cannot guarantee this at all times (maintenance, outages, force majeure). Any paid offers will be subject to specific terms presented before any payment.

Changes

These terms may change. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page; by continuing to use the site after a change, you accept the new version. Your personal data is processed as described on the Privacy page.
